This 2-1/2" exhaust weather cap (also known as a rain flap or muffler cover) mounts on the top of the exhaust stack to keep rain, snow, dirt, and debris out of the exhaust pipe when the engine is not running. The hinged flapper opens under exhaust pressure during operation and closes automatically at shutdown. This is a universal-fit cap designed to work on a wide range of agricultural tractors and construction equipment with exhaust pipe outer diameters between 2-1/2" and 2-11/16".
