119685A1 Front Axle Planetary Needle Bearings, Pack of 10

This is a set of ten needle rollers for the four-wheel-drive front axle planetary hub on Case and New Holland backhoe loaders. The rollers sit inside the planetary hub and carry the planetary gears, letting them spin with as little friction as possible under load. One order quantity is ten rollers.

What It Fits

Built for the Carraro 2618 front axle used on Case 580K, 580 Super K, 590 Turbo, 590 Super L and 590 Super M backhoe loaders, and the Carraro 2616 front axle used on New Holland 555E, 575E, 655E, 675E, LB75, LB90, LB95, LB110 and B90 backhoes. These use a planetary final drive in each front hub. Always confirm the axle model and the roller size on your machine before ordering, because different hubs can take different needle bearings.

How Many You Need

Each planetary gear uses several rollers and each hub has more than one planetary gear, so a complete front hub rebuild takes multiple packs. Count the rollers you remove, or follow your service manual, and order enough packs to replace every needle on both sides.

Replaces

Case 119685A1 and New Holland 9968075. Other interchange numbers are sometimes listed for this bearing family; verify any additional number against your parts book before you rely on it.

Why Replace Them

Needle rollers that are worn flat, pitted or brinelled let the planetary gears wobble, which shows up as front-axle noise, play and fine metal in the axle oil. Replacing the full set during a hub or planetary rebuild restores smooth four-wheel drive and protect the gears.
