This aftermarket replacement mulch cover kit Fits Husqvarna and Fits Craftsman riding lawn mowers equipped with 3-blade 48" stamped decks. The mulch plate blocks the side discharge opening, keeping grass clippings circulating under the deck for superior mulching -- reducing clumps and eliminating the need to rake leaves and clippings. Kit includes the mulch plate and mounting hardware (hook straps). Important: Model number located under the seat MUST start with 917.
