This fuel pump suction control valve (SCV) mounts on the high-pressure fuel injection pump and regulates fuel supply pressure on Fits John Deere (Fits JD) equipment powered by the 4045 and 6068 diesel engines. A failed or worn suction control valve can cause hard starting, rough running, loss of power, and fuel system fault codes. The valve features a 2-terminal electrical connector for integration with the engine control unit (ECU).
