One New Aftermarket Replacement Engine Sump (Base) Fits Briggs and Stratton (B&S) Small Engines
This engine sump -- also called the engine base -- forms the lower section of the crankcase on Fits Briggs and Stratton small engines used in lawn mowers, pressure washers, and other outdoor power equipment. It holds the lubricating oil at the base of the crankcase and provides a mounting point for the crankshaft PTO end. This part replaces OEM Fits Briggs and Stratton part number 590569, which itself supersedes earlier numbers 798264 and 84002141.
