This 12-volt rotary thermostatic switch is a key component of the cab air conditioning system on tractors, combines, and industrial/construction equipment. The capillary tube senses evaporator temperature to cycle the A/C compressor clutch on and off, preventing evaporator freeze-up and maintaining consistent cab cooling. This is a medium and heavy duty rated, vented switch with a 48-inch capillary tube.
