This cylinder liner is a direct replacement for BMC and Leyland 2.8T, 2.8TD, 3.8T, 3.8TA, and 3.8TD engines found in Fits JCB backhoe loaders and industrial/construction machines as well as Leyland and Nuffield tractors. The liner fits into the engine block and provides the precision bore surface required for proper piston ring seal, oil distribution, and long engine life. Applies to machines from engine serial number 49185 and later -- verify your engine serial number before ordering.
