This camshaft thrust flange mounts at the front of the engine block to control camshaft end-play and prevent axial movement of the camshaft. It is a precision engine component used in Fits International Harvester D361, D407, DT361, and DT407 engines found in a range of IH tractors and construction/industrial equipment. This aftermarket replacement part is manufactured to fit the same applications as the original Fits Case IH OEM part number 16027DB, which superseded the earlier number 16027DA.
