Installation Note
Inspect engine motor mounts before installation. Broken or worn motor mounts are the most common cause of hydraulic pump and coupler failure on Fits Case backhoes. If the engine drops, the pump shaft may bear the engine weight and fail prematurely. A 17-spline coupling (Fits Case part 257948A1) may also be required.
