One New Aftermarket Replacement Exhaust Valve Seat for Caterpillar (Cat) C9 Engines
This exhaust valve seat insert is a precision cylinder head component for the Caterpillar C9 diesel engine. Installed in the cylinder head counterbore, the exhaust valve seat provides the sealing surface against which the exhaust valve closes to maintain combustion chamber integrity and prevent exhaust gas leakage. Worn or damaged exhaust valve seats are a common cause of compression loss and reduced engine performance in high-hour C9 engines.
