This taper lock exhaust manifold stud (Stud Taperlock) secures the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head on Fits Caterpillar 3406 and C15 inline 6-cylinder diesel engines. The taper lock design provides a secure, interference-fit installation in the block. Engineered from high-temperature steel, the stud is fully threaded with a coarse UNC thread and is zinc phosphate and oil coated for corrosion resistance.
