This metric PTFE back-up ring is a hydraulic sealing component used in Komatsu construction and industrial equipment hydraulic systems. Back-up rings are installed alongside O-rings to prevent seal extrusion under high hydraulic pressure, extending the service life of cylinders, valves, and other hydraulic assemblies. This ring is also referenced as Kit K11 in Komatsu seal kit assemblies.
