One New Aftermarket Replacement Adjustable Valve Lifter Fits Ford Tractor 9N, 2N, and 8N
This adjustable valve lifter (tappet) is a direct aftermarket replacement for the Fits Ford flathead 4-cylinder engine used in the classic Fits Ford N-Series tractors. Sold individually, the lifter features an adjustable set screw that allows precise valve lash clearance adjustment without the need to grind valve seats -- a practical advantage when rebuilding or reconditioning the valve train on these vintage tractors. Eight lifters are used per engine. Compatible with the Fits Ford 120 cubic inch 4-cylinder gasoline engine. Note: the 8N tractor title fitment specifies the side-mount distributor variant (1948-1952).
