This trimmer mow ball assembly mounts at the base of the trimmer head on walk-behind wheeled string trimmers, acting as a height guide to prevent the trimmer from scalping the grass. The assembly includes the plastic housing, ball bearing, and retaining ring. Note: the mounting bolt is sold separately.
