This tachometer drive cable -- also known as a Proofmeter cable -- connects the engine to the instrument panel gauge on the Fits Ford (Fits Ford/New Holland) 8N tractor. The cable features a steel casing and transmits engine speed to the Proofmeter (tachometer) on the dash. NOTE: This cable has a steel casing only -- not rubber.
