This steel clutch disc is a direct-fit replacement for the transmission clutch pack on Fits John Deere (Fits JD) 550 and 555 series crawler dozers and crawler loaders. The disc functions as the steel reaction plate within the powershift transmission clutch assembly, working in conjunction with friction (paper or metallic) discs to transfer and interrupt drive power. It is also referenced as an aftermarket interchange under part number T211832 and T211832-A.
