This is a single replacement locking caster for the Buyers Products SAM Rol-A-Blade snow plow dolly system (part number H1310410H). Each Rol-A-Blade dolly uses three standard casters and one locking caster to prevent unintended rolling while your snow plow blade is stored and off the truck. When a locking caster wears out or is damaged, this replacement lets you restore full function without replacing the entire dolly set.
