This aftermarket replacement cylinder head comes complete with valve assemblies and is designed for International Harvester (IH) and Case/International Harvester tractors and industrial equipment equipped with the BD144 or BD154 diesel engine. The head features dual valve springs and does not include injector pre-chamber cups (sold separately under part number 3045523R1).
