This 12 oz. arborist throw weight (throw ball) is an essential tree-work tool used to launch a throw line over a target branch or crotch in a tree. The Cordura construction features an aerodynamic design that helps to increase the range of the throw. It comes in bright colors and has a nickel-plated stainless steel ring to prevent rusting. The moving action of the #8 shot fill helps prevent the weight from hanging up in tree branches. Suitable for use with standard arborist throw lines.
