-Dimensions from end of nose cone where it bolts to starter is 3.775" to first edge of starter drive gear opening
-2.575" to center of mounting bolt locating hole
-6.420" overallhousing length
-1/4" - 20 inside diameterthreaded holes
-Includes bushing
-The (main)reasons a starter nose will break:
-Bent armature shaft
-Ignition timing is incorrect
-Improper drive to ring gear clearance
-Defective distributor cap / wires causingthe engine to kick back
