This #80H heavy duty offset link (also known as a half link) is used with ANSI #80H single-strand heavy duty roller chain. Offset links allow chain length to be adjusted by a single pitch when a standard connecting link will not provide the correct fit, and are also used for making field repairs to existing roller chain.
