This aftermarket replacement starter solenoid fits Murray lawn mowers and is a direct replacement for OEM part number 7701100MA (also sold under the Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton brand). The solenoid is a 3-post, 12V unit that controls the electrical circuit to the starter, engaging and disengaging the starter system to allow the engine to turn over. It grounds through its base and uses 1/4"-20 eyelet terminals.
