One New Aftermarket Replacement Fuel Solenoid Fits Briggs and Stratton (Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton) Small Engines

This carburetor fuel shut-off solenoid controls the flow of fuel to the engine. When the engine is started, the solenoid is energized to open the fuel passage to the carburetor. When the engine is shut off, power to the solenoid is removed, closing the fuel passage and stopping the engine. This design also reduces the risk of backfire on shutdown. It is used in the carburetor fuel circuit on Fits Briggs and Stratton single-cylinder and twin-cylinder overhead valve small engines commonly found in riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, and outdoor power equipment.
