This aftermarket replacement ignition switch (replaces OEM part number 1686734SM) controls electrical flow to the starter, allowing you to start and stop your engine. It is a direct-fit replacement for Snapper, Simplicity, Murray, Fits Massey Ferguson, and Fits Ferris lawn tractors, riding mowers, and zero-turn mowers. The switch assembly includes a 6-pin terminal configuration and is compatible with a wide range of Fits Briggs and Stratton (Fits Briggs & Fits Stratton) powered outdoor power equipment. Supersedes older OEM numbers 1686734YP and 5020927YP.
