This steel steering clutch disc is a key component of the steering clutch pack on the Fits International Harvester TD6 crawler dozer, including the TD6 61 and 62 Series machines. The steering clutch system uses alternating steel and fiber discs to engage and disengage drive to each track, giving the operator directional control. Steel discs work in combination with fiber friction discs (43729D) to form the complete clutch pack.
