This 24-volt Delco-type starting motor (cranking motor) is a direct-fit aftermarket replacement for Caterpillar (Cat) equipment powered by the 3114, 3116, 3176, 3126B, 3126E, and C7 engines. The starter engages the flywheel ring gear to crank and start the engine, and is designed as a drop-in replacement for the original Caterpillar unit.
