This listing is for a set of two (2) aftermarket replacement 42-inch mower deck mulch plate kits compatible with Craftsman, Husqvarna, AYP, Poulan, Rally, and other Husqvarna-produced brand riding lawn mowers and lawn tractors equipped with 42-inch stamped steel decks. The mulch plate covers the grass discharge chute opening, converting your mower from side-discharge operation to a mulching system that recirculates and finely chops grass clippings back into the lawn. Each kit includes the mulch cover plate and mounting hardware (straps and hooks). Note: Does NOT fit 247-series models or MTD-manufactured Craftsman riders.
