This 12-volt gear reduction starter motor replaces Caterpillar (Cat) OEM part number 1449966 (144-9966) and is designed for use on Cat mini excavators equipped with the Caterpillar 3013 diesel engine (Perkins/Shibaura-sourced). It is a direct-fit aftermarket replacement for the Cat Motor Gp-E starter assembly on the 302.5 and 303.5 excavator models.
